How to turn an accepted quote into a job

Once a quote is accepted, convert it into a job to start the work. The job carries across the quote's details so your team knows exactly what was agreed.

Instructions

1. 1
   Open the accepted quote.

   You'll see a Create job action once it's marked accepted.

   Click Create job.

   WorkshopMax creates a linked job, carrying over the client and the quoted scope.

   Set the billing type and schedule it.

   Choose fixed price or time & materials, then assign an operator and dates.

4. 4
   Get to work.

   Add materials, labour and expenses as you go — they'll be ready to invoice when the job's done.
