How to capture job photos and customer sign-off

From the mobile app your team can photograph progress and completed work, and capture the customer's signature on site. Everything syncs back to the job on the web.

Instructions

1. 1
   Open the job in the mobile app.

   You'll find Photos and Sign-off sections on the job screen.

   Add photos.

   Take them in the app or pick from the camera roll; they upload when you have signal and queue offline when you don't.

   Capture sign-off.

   Hand the phone to the customer to sign on completion — the signature is saved against the job.

   Review on the web.

   Photos and the signed sign-off appear on the job's detail page for your records.
