How to connect WorkshopMax to Xero

Connecting Xero lets you push invoices, bills and purchase orders, pull payments back automatically, and keep your contacts in step — both ways.

Instructions

1. 1
   Go to Integrations → Xero in the sidebar.

   You'll see the connection status and, once connected, your account mapping.

   Click Connect to Xero and authorise the organisation.

   You'll be sent to Xero to log in and pick the organisation to link.

3. 3
   Map your sales and purchase accounts and GST rates.

   These come straight from your Xero chart of accounts so codes match.

4. 4
   Choose how purchase orders push — as a draft bill or a native Xero PO.

   Set this once in Xero settings; you can change it later.
