How to import a supplier price book

Load a supplier's price list in bulk from a CSV so you can quote and buy at current prices without typing everything in. You choose which items to promote into your own products list.

Instructions

1. 1
   Go to Inventory → Price Books.

   This holds the price lists you've imported, kept separate from your own catalogue.

   Import the supplier's CSV.

   Upload the file and map its columns to code, description and price.

   Review the imported list.

   The price book is searchable so you can find items when quoting.

   Add items to your products.

   Promote the parts you use regularly into your own Products & Materials list in a click.
