How to manage a client's sites

Topic
A client is a single billing entity (one Xero contact), but the work can happen at many locations. Sites let you record each branch or address a client has, book jobs to the right one, and still bill everything to the client's billing address.
Instructions
- 1Open the client and find the Sites panel.
Each site has a label (e.g. 'Albany branch') and its own address; the map updates to the selected site.
- 2Click Add site to add a location.
Give it a label and address. Mark one as the primary/billing site if you like.
- 3Try Find sites with AI.
WorkshopMax reads the client's email domain or website (falling back to map data) to suggest their branches — tick the ones to import.
- 4Book a job to a site.
On a job, pick the site where the work happens; the job sheet shows that address, while the invoice still bills the client's billing address, tagged with the site.
Additional Information
One client = one Xero contact = one billing entity, no matter how many sites — this avoids duplicate contacts in Xero.
If a client has only one site, it's selected by default so the map and job are correct without extra clicks.
